Royal Naval College, Osborne

Hello to everyone.
I am seeking information on the above college. In 1907 there was a second gym/wardroom built also containing several offices.
Was this building constructed on the northern side of St. Vincent the oppisite to Nelson (southern side) & what was its name.
Also, there is a water tower mentioned, is this the same water tower that stood accross the road from the Prince of Wales gate or was one built on site.
